Current event- cons for abortion
In Pañalolén, Chile, Jacquelin Van Rysselberghe of 13 year old, was violated, and now she's in the hospital with 3 month of pregnancy, there's a debate where are fighting about the therapeutic abortion, the senator of Pañalolén says "Not neither for the case of violation, Nor for the case of congenital malformation that is incompatible with the life, it corresponds to the abortion, because it is like to put a quality control for the human race".
Cons of abortion
1. Abort means fostering a world full of cruelty and injustice in which abortion has become the weapon of reducing most abominable people on earth.
2. To support the abortion is to support a lucrative business in alone where they form a part the people of the middle class since to abort of "sure" form it is needed of a considerable sum of money that the poor classes do not possess, therefore it means that poor women surrender to slightly sure procedures at the risk of death for his life and for ende that of the fetus that is cruelly massacred without any assent.

Independently if the procreation is a product of a violation to abort it is not the solution since the culprit of the violation is the rapist, not the fetus, therefore this life must be respected, does not not murder. And if this child was coming with badly formations neither there is justification to abort since not for that the fetus avenges with problems he stops being an innocent being who suffers and sits equally or mas that an adult with his mentality furthermore deformed.

Current event about abortion
September 2006, Ana Maria Acevedo of 19 years old, she gone to the doctor because she felt a hurt teeth, the doctor made her some kind of analysis and the doctor said her, she had cancer and the bad news was she was pregnant but he can't had the baby, the doctor told her that she need to abort because could have many complications with the baby, but she don't want to, the doctor try tried to convened her, he said that with the chemotherapies the baby could be affected, so the girl continue with her desist ion no matter what could happend... After she had the baby, the baby grow up with an excellent condition and his mom has a good Heath now.

Hiibel vs. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada
In 2004, the Supreme Court ruled in Hiibel vs. Sixth Judicial Court of Nevada, that laws that require a person to disclose his identity to a police officer do not violate the 5th amendment. If an officer has a reasonable suspicion that there is a crime in the making or has already been committed by this person, he can legally ask the person to identify himself and the person must comply or be charged with obstructing an officer in discharging his duty, this person doesn't answer anything the officer asked, so the officer began to be rude, but the guy continued in his position.

4th amendment
The 4th amendment says "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized"

Safford Unified School District in 2009 with a girl who's name was Marissa Glines, she transported weapons and another kind of illegal objects, one girl gave the a advisement, and when the police knowed about this girl, they begun to investigate her, the Supreme Court said "The strip search by school officials in this case was not legal. It was unreasonable considering the nature of the offense and the facts of the case".

Last wednesday a young 12 year old girl in Oklahoma was able to protect her life when an intruder kicker in her back door and entered her house, she gone to her closet and call 911. When the man open the closet, the young girl shot him through the closet door, the police arrive and took the ,an into custody.
Luckily, the young 12 years old girl was also able to save herself.

Rick Rescorla
He was a retired United States Army officer of British birth who served with distinction in Northern Rhodesia as a member of the Northern Rhodesia Police and as soldier in Vietnam war, he died in the flight 11, at 9:59 am, the flight 11 was the first that was crash in the north tower in NY.
