4th amendment

The 4th amendment says "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized" 

One case of the 4th amendment was in 

Safford Unified School District in 2009 with a girl who's name was Marissa Glines, she transported  weapons and another kind of illegal objects, one girl gave the a advisement, and when the police knowed about this girl, they begun to investigate her, the Supreme Court said "The strip search by school officials in this case was not legal.  It was unreasonable considering the nature of the offense and the facts of the case".
