4th amendment

The 4th amendment says "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized" 

One case of the 4th amendment was in 

Safford Unified School District in 2009 with a girl who's name was Marissa Glines, she transported  weapons and another kind of illegal objects, one girl gave the a advisement, and when the police knowed about this girl, they begun to investigate her, the Supreme Court said "The strip search by school officials in this case was not legal.  It was unreasonable considering the nature of the offense and the facts of the case".

Second Amendment

Last wednesday a young 12 year old girl in Oklahoma was able to protect her life when an intruder kicker in her back door and entered her house, she gone to her closet and call 911. When the man open the closet, the young girl shot him through the closet door, the  police arrive and took the ,an into custody. 
Luckily, the young 12 years old girl was also able to save herself.

In the Judge the girl mentioned  "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.", that's why the girl protect herself.

Heroes of 9/11

Rick Rescorla 

He was a retired United States Army officer of British birth who served with distinction in Northern Rhodesia as a member of the Northern Rhodesia Police and as soldier in Vietnam war, he died in the flight 11, at 9:59 am, the flight 11 was the first that was crash in the north tower in NY.
